Open Whyzies on your child's device and tap Grown-ups.
Turn on the family dashboard and open it on your phone (scan the QR code).
Tap Start Plus, choose monthly or yearly, and pay securely with Paddle.
The new journeys appear on your child's menu within a minute. Children never see prices or buttons to buy.
Billing questions
Who takes the payment?
Our online reseller Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles the payment, receipts, and any sales tax or VAT, which may be added at checkout depending on where you live. The charge on your statement comes from Paddle.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from the family dashboard (Manage subscription) or the link in your receipt. Plus stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, then your family goes back to the free games. Progress is never deleted.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of any payment and you'll get the full amount back, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
Does one plan cover all my children?
Yes. One plan covers up to 5 children on all of your family's devices.
Will my child see ads or be asked to buy things?
Never. There are no ads anywhere, and only grown-ups can see or buy Plus, from the family dashboard.
